In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the club7 website accessible at https://club7.club together with all subdomains, mobile applications and related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the club7 platform.
• "Account" refers to a player account officially registered using valid personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, additional funds or incentives provided by club7 to users subject to the conditions set out.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer funds from a club7 account to the payment method registered by the user.

Section headings in these terms are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the club7 platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 and above only. ⚠️ This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. Club7 reserves the right at any time to request users to provide proof of age, and any account confirmed to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately without any refund of the balance.

2.2 Document Requirements

To meet licensing compliance requirements, club7 reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be requested include:

• Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport
• Bank statement or proof of the payment method used
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or printed bank statement

Failure to provide the requested documents within the set timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual, residential address, device, IP address or payment method is only permitted one active account on the club7 platform. Holding more than one account at the same time is a serious breach of these terms.

3.1 Registration Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Club7 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

3.2 Password Security

Users must keep their account password confidential at all times. Club7 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. You must notify the club7 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that shows no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. Club7 will provide reasonable notice to the user before any action is taken on an inactive account.

4.1 Payment Methods

Club7 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New club7 members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings associated with that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by club7 are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any bonus. Club7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

5.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the club7 bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, opposing bets or use of automated software, is strictly prohibited. Club7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the accounts involved if bonus abuse is detected.

6.1 Game Rules

Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing bets. Club7 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's lack of understanding of the game rules.

6.2 Game Results

All game results generated by the club7 system are final. In situations where a technical disruption occurs during a game session, club7 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered funds to the user's account. Results generated legitimately cannot be disputed.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are binding. Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. For matches that are postponed, cancelled or not completed, club7 will act in accordance with the sports rules set for each type of event.

7.1 General Prohibitions

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the club7 platform:

• Committing any form of fraud or manipulation of the gaming or payment system
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing others to play using your account
• Uploading or sending any harmful, threatening or inappropriate content through the platform's communication channels
• Conducting money laundering or any financial criminal activity through this platform

7.2 Responsible Gambling

8.3 Betting Outcomes

Gambling carries risk and users acknowledge that they may lose some or all of the funds wagered. Club7 is not responsible for financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes or gameplay on this platform.

9.1 Closure by User

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the club7 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed after identity verification and settlement of all pending transactions.

9.2 Closure by Club7

Club7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions
• Confirmed fraud, manipulation or dishonest conduct
• Failure to submit requested verification documents
• User confirmed to be under 21 years of age
• Suspicious activity indicating money laundering or financial crime

In cases of account suspension due to an investigation, the balance may be withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation.

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

Club7 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

10.2 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant international licensing laws under which club7 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by the licensing authority.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of these terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
